At Dog Supply, we do everything to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you want to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for returns
You can only register a return after you have physically received the item.
Return costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any shipping costs.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
You are allowed to try the product. Long-term use is not allowed.
It is not allowed to return products that were intentionally purchased in multiple sizes with the purpose of partially returning them.
Return procedure
Register your return by sending an email to dogsupply.sales@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
After registering your return, you will receive instructions and the return address.
The product must be shipped back at your own cost, including any additional fees.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
After receiving the item at the return address and approving its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.
Responsibilities
We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
